If you’ve heard all the hype but are not sure where to start or if you want to reignite your practice, join me for an eight-week mindfulness course.
Mindfulness has been touted with many health benefits including reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, improving sleep, increasing concentration and even making you look younger!
This course will teach you mindfulness and loving kindness meditation and explore the philosophy, research, and neuroscience underpinning the practices. Specifically, you will be given detailed instructions on sitting practice, mindful movement, awareness of the senses and emotions, relaxation techniques and how to integrate this into your life so its not another chore ‘to do’.
It will provide an opportunity for beginners to become firmly established in their practice, and for experienced students to deepen their existing practice.
